Classes and Workshops New Directions Classes "The semester I spent at JSTB was a rich experience, first of all because it was a good opportunity to meet people coming from various horizons and with different rich experiences. It was a breath of fresh air..."The New Directions program allows participants the flexibility to choose their classes from more than 250 offered each semester through the GTU. They can take these either for credit or audit. Below is a sampling of classes for Spring 2007: Ministry and Spirituality -- Bruce Lescher Practicum in Spiritual Direction -- George Murphy, SJ Spirituality of Thomas Merton -- Clare Ronzani Francis and Clare of Assisi -- William Short, OFM Women in Religious Leadership -- Darlene Pryds Church on the Move -- Joseph Boenzi, SDS Prayer in the Bible -- John Endres, SJ Sabbatical Workshops All New Directions students are encouraged to participate in a series of sabbatical workshops.
