Dr. Janet Ruffing, RSM, is the author of "Ignatian Mysticism of Service: Ignatius of Loyola and Pedro Arrupe", Mysticism & Social Transformation (Syracuse University Press, 2001), which she edited. She is Professor in Spirituality & Spiritual Direction at the Graduate School of Religion & Religious Education at Fordham University.

Rev. Howard Gray, SJ, is Special Assistant to the President at Georgetown University. He was a delegate to the 33rd General Congregation of the Society of Jesus which elected Fr. Peter-Hans Kolvenbach, SJ as the Superior General of the Society in 1983.
