How to Request a Transcript

Jesuit School staff and student To request a copy of your Jesuit School transcript, you should contact the GTU Common Registrar. You may do this by e-mail, phone, fax or mail sent to the following location:

The GTU registrar will need the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your institution of enrollment (JSTB)--the registrar serves more than one school
  • What program you were in (not necessary, but helpful)
  • Approximately when you were here (not necessary, but helpful)
  • How many transcripts you need
  • Whether you want the transcripts to be official copies
  • Where the transcripts should be sent (If you have official copies sent to you, they will be sealed inside envelopes.)
  • If there is a deadline, what is it?
Your first transcript will be sent free of charge. Additional transcripts are $5.00 each. Please make all checks payable to the GTU and send them to the GTU Common Registrar at the address listed above.
