To request a copy of your Jesuit School transcript, you should contact the GTU Common Registrar. You may do this by e-mail, phone, fax or mail sent to the following location:

The GTU registrar will need the following information:

Your name
Your address
Your institution of enrollment (JSTB)--the registrar serves more than one school
What program you were in (not necessary, but helpful)
Approximately when you were here (not necessary, but helpful)
How many transcripts you need
Whether you want the transcripts to be official copies
Where the transcripts should be sent (If you have official copies sent to you, they will be sealed inside envelopes.)
If there is a deadline, what is it?

Your first transcript will be sent free of charge. Additional transcripts are $5.00 each. Please make all checks payable to the GTU and send them to the GTU Common Registrar at the address listed above.
